  • Where do I login?

  • What is my username or password

  • How do I change my password?

    Sign in to http://mail.swainskipatrol.org account.

    Select Settings from the top right email navigation bar.
    Go to the Accounts category.
    Under Personal Info, click Change password.
    Type your current password under Current password: and enter and re-enter your new password.

  • What group emails are set-up? Can I have an email group set-up?

    Contact webmaster to have a new list created.

    NOTE: If you send am email to a group and you are in the group — i.e. patrollers@swainskipatrol.org (all patrollers in this group) you will NOT receive the email you sent. It goes to everyone but you. Look in your sent folder to review the email if you need to see it again.

  • How do I forward my mail to another email account automatically?

    This email lets you automatically forward incoming mail to another address.
    Here’s how to forward messages automatically or change the current forward:

    1. Sign in to http://mail.swainskipatrol.org account.
    2. Click Settings at the top of any page, and open the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
    3. Enter the email address to which you’d like your messages forwarded.
    4. Select the action you’d like your messages to take from the drop-down menu. You can choose to keep Gmail’s copy of the message in your inbox, or you can send it automatically to All Mail or Trash.
    5. Click Save Changes.

    You also can set up filters to forward messages that meet specific criteria. You can create 20 filters that forward to other addresses. You can maximize your filtered forwarding by combining filters that send to the same address.

  • I dont like my username, can I get another one?
